How we collect, use and protect your personal information. Last updated 14 October 2026.

1. Who we are

Dial-a-Bag Financial Solutions (Pty) Ltd, Reg. No. [REG. NO.], PO Box 27643, Windhoek. Questions about your information go to dialabagfinancial@gmail.com.

2. What we collect

Your name, ID number, contact details, employment and salary, bank account and statements, and the documents you upload. When you use the website we also record your device, IP address and the pages you visit, to keep your account secure.

3. Why we use it

To check who you are, assess whether a loan is affordable, prepare and enforce your agreement, collect instalments, meet our duties to NAMFISA and the Financial Intelligence Centre, and contact you about your loan.

4. Who we share it with

Registered credit bureaus (with your consent), our bank and debit-order service, NAMFISA and other authorities when the law requires it, and service providers who host our systems under confidentiality agreements. We never sell your information.

5. How long we keep it

For at least 5 years after your loan is closed, as financial and anti-money-laundering law requires, then we delete or anonymise it.

6. Your choices

You may ask for a copy of your information, ask us to correct it, and withdraw consent to marketing at any time. Some information we must keep by law even if you close your account.
