Responsible lending
We lend what your payslip can carry
Microloans help when they are small, short and affordable. These are the rules we hold ourselves to on every loan.
Affordability first
We size every loan to your salary and the debt you already carry, never just to what you ask for.
One price, in writing
26% interest charged once, plus government charges. Nothing is added later.
No pressure
You can take less than you qualify for, and you decide in your own time.
Fair collections
We call before anything else, offer a payment plan when life happens, and give 28 days' written notice before any credit-bureau listing.
How we check affordability
A worked example
Selma earns N$ 12,000.00 a month before tax. A third of that is N$ 4,000.00, the most her instalment can be. She asks for N$ 3,000.00 over 3 months, so her instalment is N$ 1,271.97, well inside the limit. We also look at her bank statements: if other debit orders already take a large share of her salary, we offer a smaller loan or none at all.
- We verify your income from your payslip and bank statements, not from what you tell us.
- We check your record with a registered credit bureau, with your consent.
- We never lend to someone who is under 18, unemployed or already in debt review.
